Role Overview
KEO is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its Abu Dhabi team. This position focuses on managing the cost, contractual, and financial aspects of a major construction project. The role involves close coordination with the client, consultants, contractors, and wider project team to keep project costs controlled and aligned with the approved budget. Experience with roads and infrastructure projects is especially valuable.
Key Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor will oversee financial control and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes budget management, procurement support, contract handling, variation assessment, claims management, and cost reporting.
The position also requires active involvement in risk review, value engineering, and maintaining strong working relationships with all project stakeholders while serving as a key contact for financial and contractual matters.
Qualifications
Applicants should have around 10 years of professional experience along with a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying. Prior exposure to large infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.
