Role Summary

This position serves as the bank’s primary contact for onboarded trade clients, handling their end-to-end banking needs and supporting growth across trade, liability, and treasury-related solutions.

  • Address customer requirements for pre-shipment and post-shipment financing limits.
  • Oversee the full customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, activation, and attrition control.
