Role Overview

Studio B is seeking an energetic and reliable Runner to join its London team in Mill Hill (NW7). This is a full-time, studio-based role, working Monday to Friday.

Studio B is a rapidly expanding creative studio with a worldwide audience of more than 20 million followers. The team produces digital work for major brands, and this position offers the chance to support a wide range of production and studio activities.

The ideal candidate will already have experience in a creative agency, studio, or production environment and should be ready to contribute from day one. You’ll need to be self-driven, well organised, and comfortable working independently in a busy setting where priorities can shift quickly.

As a Runner, you will support multiple teams across the business, including Producers, the Art Department, studio operations, and shoot crews. The role offers varied day-to-day work, practical exposure across production, and an opportunity to identify the area of the industry you want to grow in long term.

Work Location and Schedule

This position is based in the London studio in Mill Hill, NW7, and requires full-time on-site attendance from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties

The role spans studio operations, production support, on-set assistance, and wider team coordination.

Studio and Office Operations

• Oversee the daily orderliness and presentation of the studio, office, and shared areas.
• Support the tech and art teams so equipment, props, and kit are prepared for upcoming shoots.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for office and studio supplies when needed.
• Help maintain a clean, structured, and efficient working environment.

Production Support

• Assist Producers with administration, logistics, and shoot preparation.
• Help prepare call sheets, schedules, production paperwork, and related coordination tasks.
• Carry out collections, deliveries, and other production-related runs as required.
• Record expenses, receipts, and production purchases carefully and accurately.

On-Set and Art Department Support

• Help with set construction, dressing, and wrap/strike-down activities.
• Support the Art Department with sourcing, props organisation, and preparation.
• Act as a reliable extra pair of hands on shoot days and adapt to production needs as they arise.
• Assist crew, talent, and clients throughout filming.

Team Support

• Notice where help is needed and step in proactively without waiting to be directed.
• Handle practical issues quickly and with a calm approach.
• Work across departments to keep projects and studio operations moving smoothly.

In your first 30 days, success means becoming a trusted member of the team, building strong relationships across departments, handling your responsibilities with little supervision, and developing confidence in studio operations and live production support. You should also show initiative, remain dependable and organised, and make a positive contribution to shoots, the Art Department, and day-to-day studio running.

Essential Requirements

• Prior Runner experience in a creative agency, production company, or studio.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organisational, administrative, and troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and manage priorities effectively.
• Comfort with a physically active job, including lifting equipment and helping with set builds.
• Willingness to support occasional early starts, late finishes, and changing production timetables.

Preferred Experience

• Experience on branded content, creator-led productions, or social-first campaigns.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to VFX-based shoots.
