Sales Advisor

Role overview

As a Sales Advisor, you will be central to delivering a welcoming and memorable shopping experience. Your role is to greet customers, help them navigate the store, recommend suitable products, and contribute to a positive atmosphere that reflects the brand’s values. Success in this position means supporting both customer satisfaction and store performance.

Key duties

• Use your knowledge of fashion and products to support customers in choosing items that fit their needs.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide smooth, high-quality service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales area and back-of-house spaces well organized, replenished, and visually appealing.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Present yourself professionally and act as a positive representative of the brand in every customer interaction.

Team environment

You will be part of a store-based team that plays a key role in how customers experience the brand. The wider store network includes roles such as Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger locations. You will also work with the broader area team to share ideas and help drive results across stores. Together, the team helps customers feel confident and express their style through current trends and timeless pieces.

The ideal candidate has experience serving customers in fashion, retail, or a similar environment. You should enjoy working in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting and be passionate about styling, service, and sales. Strong communication, creativity, curiosity about store technology, a willingness to learn, flexibility, and a proactive mindset are important for success in this role.

Additional information

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the store and reports to the Store Manager.
