About the role

This position is focused on improving funnel outcomes, shaping lifecycle communication, and driving measurable business results through digital journeys.

What you will do

  • Own the message plan across the customer lifecycle, including what to say, who should receive it, which channel to use, and when to trigger it.
  • Drive journeys related to KYC completion, first trade, repeat trading, cross-sell, retention, and reactivation.
  • Create event-based, behavior-led, and cohort-based communication flows across push notifications, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Develop journey blueprints for critical moments such as KYC or funding drop-offs, first-trade drop-offs, trading inactivity, churn risk, portfolio underperformance, and new launches in F&O, MTF, mutual funds, insurance, and lending.

  • Manage content governance, including approvals, compliance review, and communication hierarchy.
  • Own the lifecycle MarTech stack, with CleverTap as the primary platform and other tools such as Netcore, WebEngage, and MoEngage as needed.
  • Guide event instrumentation, user-state modeling, journey logic, and trigger design.
  • Partner with product and data teams on real-time pipelines, user attributes, and identity resolution.
  • Ensure journeys run reliably, meet SLA expectations, and scale across millions of users.
  • Set up experimentation frameworks using test vs. control, holdout groups, and incrementality measurement.
  • Track ROI, revenue lift, CAC reduction, and activation/retention gains from lifecycle programs.
  • Build dashboards for funnel conversion, uplift versus baseline, and revenue attribution.
  • Continuously retire low-value journeys and scale those delivering strong impact.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team covering journey management, campaign operations, automation, and QA.
  • Act as the single point of ownership for digital lifecycle growth across platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, growth, analytics, brand, compliance, and technology stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Present journey results, revenue impact, and roadmap updates to leadership.
