Role Overview
Bahwan CyberTek is hiring a Senior Technical Architect focused on NetSuite. The role involves leading the overall solution design, technical architecture, and implementation of enterprise ERP systems, with an emphasis on building scalable, high-performance outcomes that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create complete NetSuite ERP architectures that fit business needs and operational objectives.
- Drive the technical design, build, customization, and rollout of NetSuite-based applications.
- Work extensively with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics to deliver business functionality.
- Develop integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools.
- Guide technical execution across the project lifecycle, including architecture reviews and verification of code quality.
- Partner with functional consultants, business teams, and developers to shape robust solutions.
- Improve platform performance, security, and reliability across NetSuite environments.
- Contribute to data migration, platform upgrades, and release management efforts.
- Define engineering standards, implementation best practices, and governance processes for NetSuite programs.
- Coach technical staff and provide architecture direction across multiple initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep practical experience in NetSuite ERP architecture and implementation.
- Strong command of SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Solid experience building integrations through REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite functional areas such as Financials, CRM, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Exposure to integration tools such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
- Good understanding of ERP governance, security controls, performance tuning, and implementation best practices.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, and modern integration methods.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including more than 5 years in NetSuite technical architecture and development.
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, or Administrator are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in large-scale NetSuite programs and multi-country rollouts.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong client communication and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed team setup.
