Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role requires a strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, custom application development, and GRC/IRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, Service Portal development, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions adhering to industry best practices.
• Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems, both inbound and outbound.
• Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Develop and customize Service Portals, including widget creation.
• Build and manage REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement authentication mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Servers.
• Develop custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and manage LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementations.
• Implement Orchestration use cases.
• Work with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Gain experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Install and manage MID Servers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience with ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience in implementing ITSM solutions.
• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
• Proficiency in Service Portal development and widget creation.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of authentication methods and Mid Server management.
• Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation.
• Experience with Orchestration use cases.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub is desirable.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management is a plus.
• Experience working in a domain-separated ServiceNow instance.
