Role overview
As a Spa Attendant with Hilton, you will help create a calm, spotless, and welcoming spa experience for every guest. Your work will contribute directly to the atmosphere of care and hospitality that defines the guest stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, assist them promptly, and handle concerns in a courteous and efficient way.
- Keep spa facilities clean and sanitized, including locker rooms, treatment areas, and equipment, while following health and safety standards.
- Track spa inventory and replenish towels, beverages, and other guest amenities when needed.
- Watch over spa activity and flag any issues so the environment remains safe, calm, and enjoyable.
- Accurately process guest payments through the point-of-sale system, including cash handling, card payments, change issuance, and redemption of gift certificates or cards.
- Provide general support to the spa team and carry out other day-to-day duties that improve the guest experience.
