Role overview

The Strategic Program Lead for Pricing & Inventory will sit at the center of major portfolio and growth initiatives across the marketplace. This person will guide high-impact programs from early concept through launch, partnering closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities, test ideas, and scale what proves effective. The role suits someone who thinks strategically, works well with ambiguity, and enjoys turning analysis into execution.

What you'll do

• Own cross-functional programs that create measurable value for users, studio partners, and the company.
• Plan, run, and expand beta tests that explore new ideas and identify scalable solutions.
• Convert business priorities into structured frameworks, plans, and roadmaps.
• Work closely with data science, engineering, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations, and other leaders to align strategy and execution.
• Share recommendations, insights, and program updates with senior leadership, including the CEO and executive team.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and trade-offs across several initiatives while keeping work moving smoothly.
• Use disciplined problem-solving, experimentation, and measurable outcomes to make decisions in uncertain situations.
• Form and lead working groups around key strategic themes, removing blockers and maintaining momentum.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a comparable program management role in a fast-growing technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to link broad strategy with concrete business results.
• History of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea generation through delivery.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with strong judgment and creative thinking.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
• Practical experience with data analysis and experiment design; advanced Excel proficiency is required.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models; eCommerce background is an added advantage.
