Aviation Portfolio is hiring a Strategy Analyst to support its Portfolio Strategy team from a fully remote setting. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Chief Client Officer and focuses on strengthening client success and day-to-day operational performance across the company’s private aviation services.

In this position, you will handle analysis, reporting, and data management, while also contributing to market intelligence, presentation materials, and client-facing deliverables. You will work closely with leadership on client onboarding, reporting improvements, and cross-functional projects. The role calls for strong precision, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to making processes more efficient and decisions better informed.

Key responsibilities

Support portfolio strategy work by gathering data, building analyses, preparing documentation, and creating materials for client meetings and renewals.
Maintain a detailed proprietary database covering private aviation vendors, including product offerings, pricing, terms, and availability, and produce tailored reports when needed.
Take ownership of the operational side of new client onboarding in partnership with the Chief Client Officer and Client Relationships leadership.
Ensure each new client profile is set up correctly in Salesforce before service begins, including program details, contract terms, and other important information.
Create, manage, and refine both standard and custom Salesforce reports for internal teams and client use.
Review reporting outputs for trends, inconsistencies, or issues that require attention.
Contribute to broader team initiatives and help manage daily priorities as needed.

Skills and background

Strong analytical ability paired with excellent organization and attention to detail.
Comfort working with data, reporting systems, and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce or a similar platform is an advantage.
Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to turn complex information into simple, practical takeaways.
Experience working independently in a remote, fast-moving, high-trust environment.
Background in a demanding analytical field such as investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similar area is a plus.
Familiarity with private aviation is helpful but not required.

Compensation and benefits

Physical requirements

This role mainly involves extended periods of sitting, regular verbal and written communication, and frequent use of office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, and telephone. Close visual focus is needed for computer work and document review, and the employee must be able to stay focused in a home or office environment with limited interruptions.
