Role Overview

This position is focused on handling international voice-based customer support for users in US/UK/EU markets. The job requires strong spoken communication, the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently, and a service-oriented approach that keeps customer satisfaction high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep all case notes, updates, and records accurate and well organized.
  • Support account creation, access management, and other user-related assistance tasks.

  • Between 1 and 4 years of experience in an international voice process is required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident customer-handling approach are essential.

Work Location and Schedule

The position is based in Chennai, India, specifically in Vandalur. The schedule includes night shifts and rotational weekly offs. A one-way cab drop facility is provided for transportation.
