Workday Security Specialist

Role overview

RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited is hiring a Workday Security professional to support the Hyderabad office. The position focuses on protecting Workday environments, maintaining security compliance, and reducing operational risk across key business modules.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Workday Security Center and make sure security practices align with internal policies and relevant industry expectations.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to spot potential security threats in Workday HCM and Finance, then help reduce those risks.
• Create and roll out incident response procedures that limit disruption if a security issue or system outage occurs.
• Perform recurring security audits and system checks to confirm that Workday configurations continue to meet best-practice standards.

Requirements

• About 2.8 to 5 years of experience in IT services and consulting, ideally in a comparable role.
• Practical knowledge of Workday security capabilities, including access management, authentication, authorization, encryption, identity governance, risk evaluation, and vulnerability handling.
• Ability to juggle several assignments at once and stay organized when working against demanding timelines.
