Class 2 Driver

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site driving role is based in Invercargill, Southland. The position involves safe delivery work, accurate stock handling, and customer-facing service while operating relevant heavy vehicles as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver gas bottles safely to customer locations.
• Carry out stock counts and compliance-related checks with care and accuracy.
• Represent the business with a courteous, professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Drive tanker and bottle trucks when operational needs require it.

Skills and Experience

• Hold a current New Zealand Class 2 driver licence with a clean driving history.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience operating Class 2 or higher vehicles in New Zealand.
• Be able to work on your own and manage time well.
• Be physically capable of handling the demands of the role.
• Have dependable transport and arrive on time consistently.
• Forklift certification and a Dangerous Goods endorsement are beneficial; training may be available.
