Document/Deck Production QA Evaluator

About the Role

This contract opportunity is for a Document/Deck Production QA Evaluator who will help assess AI-created documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks. The work is fully remote and focused on quality review for outputs used by leading AI research teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated materials using role-specific quality standards.
• Spot mistakes related to accuracy, visual polish, and presentation quality across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Write concise, well-organized feedback that can be used to improve model outputs.
• Partner with AI research teams to raise the quality of training data and overall system performance.
• Operate independently and asynchronously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in document or deck production quality assurance.
• Strong command of English at a native or professional level.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Slides.

Preferred Background

• A Master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.

Compensation

The role pays $80–$120 per hour.
