Java Full Stack Developer | Java & React | 2+ Years

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bengaluru, Karnataka for a Java Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience. The position involves working across both server-side and client-side development to build dependable applications that support business goals.

What You Will Do

• Build and support backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create interactive frontend experiences with React.js.
• Develop REST and GraphQL APIs to enable smooth data exchange.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL/MySQL for storing and fetching data.
• Apply event-driven design using Apache Kafka to improve application efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work aligned with project objectives and delivery timelines.
• Take part in code reviews and follow strong software development practices.
• Use Git for version control and follow CI/CD practices to streamline releases.

Skills and Experience Required

• At least 2 years of hands-on Java backend development experience, especially with Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend development experience with React.js.
• Practical exposure to API building, including REST and GraphQL.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Understanding of event-driven systems, with Apache Kafka experience.
• Comfort using Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Exposure

• Experience working with microservices-based systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full stack development and prior experience building and deploying production-ready applications. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
