What You Will Do
- Build and improve automated reporting frameworks and scalable analytics solutions.
- Create data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboards in collaboration with other analysts.
- Track, review, and explain business and supply-quality metrics for internal teams, then turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Own BI projects end to end, from planning through delivery, while working closely with teammates.
- Run in-depth analyses to identify trends and unusual patterns, and present practical next steps to stakeholders.
- Manage working relationships independently with internal partners, including Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Inventory, Data Partnerships, Product Solutions, and Platform Quality teams to deliver strategic data analysis.
- Use AI/LLM tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to speed up analysis, reduce repetitive work, and support documentation.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience using SQL and/or Python or PySpark to work with large datasets and design ETL flows.
- Background in business intelligence, analytics, or data teams, ideally including predictive analytics or similar data products.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, economics, statistics, or mathematics, with strong academic performance.
- At least 4 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics-focused role, with a solid grasp of statistical methods.
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and statistical work to senior leaders.
- The ability to craft effective AI prompts, judge AI-generated outputs critically, and weave AI tools into everyday work.
- Programmatic advertising knowledge, especially with RTB, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or related platforms, is preferred.
