About The Interval
The Interval is preparing to launch a new counselling practice in Singapore focused on adolescents and emerging adults. The practice is built to support young people through a formative stage of life while also collaborating with the families and schools around them.
Role Overview
We are seeking a considerate, highly organised Practice Coordinator & Client Care professional for a remote part-time position. This person will help shape a reassuring and professional first impression for individuals, families, and schools reaching out to the practice.
The role calls for a blend of empathy, sound judgement, and strong administrative ability. Success in the position will depend on communicating with care, staying organised, and creating a supportive experience from the first point of contact onward.
What You Will Do
- Provide a warm and helpful first response to enquiries from clients, families, and schools.
- Help ensure each interaction with the practice feels respectful, clear, and supportive.
- Coordinate day-to-day client care and administrative support in a remote setting.
- Maintain organised communication and assist with practice coordination tasks as the clinic prepares to open.
- Support the delivery of a professional, welcoming experience for people engaging with the practice.
Background That May Help
Experience in healthcare, education, counselling, hospitality, client services, or another people-focused environment may be useful. However, the most important qualities are thoughtful communication, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping others.
Who This Role Suits
This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys supporting people, communicates with care, and is comfortable working in a remote part-time role for a new counselling practice serving adolescents, emerging adults, and the communities around them.
Additional Information
The Interval’s core belief is that the ages of 14 to 25 are a deeply important and identity-shaping period of life, not merely a pause before adulthood. The practice is being developed with that perspective in mind.
