About the Brand
Arc'teryx is a Canadian outdoor performance brand known for meticulous design, advanced product development, and a commitment to making gear the right way. With in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, the company focuses on durable, high-performing products built for demanding conditions.
This role supports the launch of the first Arc'teryx outlet pop-up in Sydney. It is a chance to help establish a new store experience from the ground up and connect with guests from the very beginning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating positive guest connections through product education, checkout support, and assistance with warranties or damaged items.
- Supporting store events, stock counts, replenishment, and day-to-day presentation so the space remains tidy and well organised.
- Sharing ideas and observations on merchandising improvements that can strengthen the guest experience and support sales.
- Working closely with teammates and leaders in a collaborative, constructive, and open environment.
- Delivering a high-quality guest experience through knowledgeable service, strong product understanding, and brand-aligned culture.
- Building deep knowledge of the product range and using it naturally during guest conversations.
- Representing the brand and contributing to an elevated experience at every opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- A strong passion for excellent customer service.
- A balance of enthusiasm and personal accountability.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, along with awareness of your influence on others.
- A self-driven approach and confidence in solving problems.
- Comfort working in uncertain or changing situations.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing well in a team.
- An interest in fresh ideas and ongoing improvement.
- A strong commitment to doing the right thing, even when it is not the simplest option.
- A genuine love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle.
