Backed by a major Bombardier fleet commitment, the company is assembling a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and building a team centered on safety, operational discipline, and high-touch service.
As the organization moves toward launch and long-term expansion, it is looking for people who want to help create a new aviation company from the ground up and contribute to the way it operates at every stage.

- Work with Flight Operations, Technology, and outside partners to ensure programs reflect real operational needs.
- Oversee vendor and partner performance, ensuring accountability to agreed scope and timelines.
- Convert operational information into leadership-ready updates and present findings to the executive team.

- Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex operational details into clear recommendations.
- Working fluency with AI tools such as Claude and the ability to use them in daily program and operations work.
Preferred Experience
- Background in aviation, aerospace, or another highly regulated and operationally complex environment such as Part 91/135, charter, fractional, FBO, or OEM settings.
