About the Role

Notion is hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its founding Sales Development team in the Asia-Pacific region. This early team member will help shape the sales and customer success approach, contribute ideas that influence the product, and directly support revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Create and scale an outbound sales motion aimed at enterprise customers.
  • Use market data and buying signals to choose the right prospects and tailor outreach.
  • Contact prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the product and its value.
  • Test new ways to reach and engage potential customers.
  • Run meetings with prospects to learn about their challenges and goals.
  • Help develop sales playbooks and shape the team’s operating approach.
  • Own pipeline-generation activities and strategic outreach methods.
  • Learn the product thoroughly and deliver demos adapted to different buyer personas.
  • Qualify leads to assess fit with Notion’s offering.
  • Capture detailed notes and identify intent or buying signals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on performance initiatives, launches, and service improvements.

What You Need

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or another fast-growing environment.
  • Experience with cold calling decision-makers.
  • Evidence of strong performance in past roles, including meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong customer communication skills, including empathy and the ability to tell a story in a way that fits the audience.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for customer conversations and a habit of asking thoughtful follow-up questions.
  • Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently and produce better results, even without being an AI specialist.
