Role Overview
The company is hiring an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2B Developer to build, enhance, and support scalable B2B eCommerce solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role calls for strong knowledge of B2B Commerce architecture, account-based pricing, buyer structures, and complex workflow design. You will partner with architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders to create smooth digital commerce experiences for business customers.
What You’ll Do
- Build and tailor Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts and portals to meet business needs.
- Apply B2B Commerce design patterns and platform best practices while implementing features.
- Create solutions for account-based pricing, contract-based pricing, bulk ordering, quick-order journeys, and requisition lists.
- Develop and support Lightning components and Lightning Web Components for B2B storefront experiences.
- Write custom business logic using Apex and JavaScript.
- Set up and manage accounts, buyer groups, catalogs, price books, entitlements, and access controls.
- Connect B2B Commerce with external platforms such as ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, OMS tools, payment systems, and CRM platforms.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, along with middleware where needed.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and handling of high-volume transactions.
- Participate in deployments, version control activities, and CI/CD workflows.
- Investigate production issues and support release cycles.
- Work with UX and business teams to shape B2B-focused customer journeys.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce or Commerce Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components or Aura, and API integrations.
- Practical experience with account-based commerce setups, pricing, contracts, and quoting processes.
- Good command of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Understanding of B2B commerce concepts such as buyer hierarchies, bulk ordering, custom catalogs, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Self-driven, quick to learn, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
- Strong teamwork mindset and the ability to stay effective under pressure.
- Passion for technical quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred and Additional Qualifications
- Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer Certification is preferred.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations such as SAP or Oracle is desirable.
- Exposure to headless commerce architecture is useful.
- Prior work in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of OCAPI, SCAPI, or similar APIs is a plus.
- Understanding of performance tuning and caching strategies is beneficial.
- Experience with multi-site and multi-currency implementations is an advantage.
- Exposure to B2B portals, partner communities, or Experience Cloud would be valuable.
