Position OverviewThe School Services Program Specialist is responsible for developing partnerships with regional organizations and school districts. This role involves guiding customers through initial service introductions, anticipating and responding to their needs, and working with Regional Service Administrators to expand client outreach and facilitate account transitions through essential service tiers. The position reports to the Senior VP of School Services.
Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base pay for this role is between $60,000.00 and $64,000.00 annually, with potential for incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on performance. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and supporting new clients.
- Proactively engage customers with implementation plans and maintain timely, effective communication.
- Ensure successful student enrollment in service options and monitor student progress.
- Analyze student achievement data and consult with school/district administrators to promote effective virtual instruction.
- Schedule and present program data meetings, discussing program metrics.
- Utilize metrics and needs analysis to recommend additional school service opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional service administrators to transition account servicing through key tiers.
- Oversee full program compliance with enrollment policies and processes.
- Conduct webinars to assist clients with successful program starts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in education or business administration; experience in virtual school programming is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of K-12 teaching experience in a school setting.
- An administrative educator credential is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong motivation, excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with robust organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under demanding deadlines.
- Ability to foster a high-quality, results-driven, team-oriented environment through collaboration.
- Knowledge of the education sector, industry sales, and business models.
- Familiarity with the Imagine Learning product suite is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; working knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.
- Experience with online video chat and database software; understanding of cloud-based web technology is preferred.
