Senior Program Manager

Role overview

You will join a major multinational FMCG business that operates in more than 150 countries and supports global brand hubs behind products used by billions of people every day. The company is looking for an experienced program/project manager to drive its CRM and cloud transformation agenda.

What you will do

• Lead complex technology initiatives from start to finish, including delivery, execution oversight, and post-launch review.
• Build and maintain solid project structures that keep budgets, timelines, and resources under control while protecting the agreed scope.
• Support and guide team members through active mentorship and leadership, encouraging ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
• Act as the key connection point between technology teams and business leaders so requirements are captured correctly and strategic goals stay aligned.
• Create practical risk-management plans to identify potential issues early and keep programs moving toward successful outcomes.

Experience and capability requirements

This role calls for a seasoned program or project delivery professional with deep experience in managing large, complex technology workstreams. Strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zoho, SAP CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is expected. The ideal candidate has a proven history of delivering major initiatives within tight cost and schedule constraints, along with a sound understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance. You should also be comfortable using different delivery approaches, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, and be able to adapt tools and methods to suit the project. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential for building alignment across the organization.
