About the Role

This is an opportunity for a Front End Software Engineer to join TensorWave during a strong growth phase. The role focuses on creating both customer-facing and internal dashboards with TypeScript, React, and shadcn/ui. You will work on fast, high-performance state handling and data visualizations for live GPU telemetry, while also setting frontend quality expectations and collaborating closely with backend engineers and designers to deliver accessible products at scale.

Architecture and Development

• Create and support a modular frontend foundation with TypeScript and React so the dashboard experience stays consistent and scalable.
• Build reusable, high-performance components with shadcn/ui to speed up delivery and preserve the integrity of the design system.
• Apply advanced state-management and performance techniques to support real-time GPU telemetry and dense data visualization workloads.

Quality and Integration

• Define and uphold frontend standards across accessibility, automated testing, and documentation to keep the engineering bar high.
• Work with backend engineers to connect the UI cleanly with backend services and maintain reliable, low-latency data movement.

Collaboration and Growth

• Work alongside UX/UI designers to turn detailed mockups into polished, intuitive interfaces.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align frontend decisions with broader platform priorities.
• Support junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and shared learning to strengthen team capability and craft quality.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of front-end engineering experience, with strong command of TypeScript and React.
• Experience designing complex web applications from the ground up, with emphasis on reusable and modular components.
• Strong understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance analysis, and optimization for data-heavy applications.
• Hands-on experience building interfaces that connect to RESTful or gRPC APIs while managing asynchronous workflows and complex state.
• Clear commitment to code quality through thorough automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels, plus disciplined code review practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background building dashboards for HPC, AI, or cloud infrastructure with real-time telemetry such as WebSockets or streaming APIs.
• Practical use of modern UI libraries such as shadcn/ui or Radix UI, along with Tailwind CSS.
• Exposure to visualization tools such as Recharts, D3.js, or Victory, or experience with canvas-based rendering for high-performance charts.
• Familiarity with backend technologies, especially Go, or with cloud monitoring tools such as AWS and Prometheus.

Success in This Role
