Role Overview
This contract role in Dubai is focused on end-to-end banking documentation support for conventional and Islamic facilities. The position requires strong attention to detail, coordination with internal teams and legal stakeholders, and strict adherence to operating procedures, approval terms, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft facility letters and security documentation for both conventional and Islamic banking facilities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Examine signed standard and bespoke documents, confirm signatory authority and capacity, and validate the existing security package.
- Arrange pledge registrations and complete FRS finalization after CP completion to support limit release.
- Carry out document preparation, verification, lodgment, and charge registration in line with the CRAD framework, PFDs, and approval conditions.
- Prepare FRS/EFRS and associated records accurately, and circulate the auto-generated Booking Sheet from nCino to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with collateral pledge, registration, release, and updates to collateral records.
- Maintain precise internal and external MIS, reports, and stakeholder submissions.
- Follow policies, procedures, internal circulars, the CRAD operating framework, and all applicable regulatory obligations.
- Detect missing documentation, exceptions, and risk areas, then escalate or resolve them promptly.
- Ensure audit, QA, and INA observations are closed within the required timelines.
- Work with Group Legal on non-standard documentation and any clarification needs.
- Check pending items every day and push for same-day closure wherever possible.
- Reconfirm approval authority and compliance prerequisites before starting documentation work.
- Respond promptly and accurately to business units, GCD, INA, and other stakeholders.
- Help keep business processing smooth by resolving documentation and lodgment issues with minimal disruption.
- Own stakeholder questions, complaints, reports, and follow-ups while meeting agreed service standards.
- Contribute to UAT, implementation work, and process improvement projects assigned by management.
- Suggest improvements that strengthen controls, quality, productivity, and automation of manual tasks.
- Support transformation initiatives, reporting enhancements, and tracking tools within the department.
- Continue building technical and interpersonal capabilities through internal and external learning opportunities.
- Stay current on procedures, products, systems, and legal/documentation requirements relevant to the role.
- Complete all mandatory training on time and apply the learning to improve performance and output quality.
