This opportunity is for seasoned cybersecurity professionals who want to help improve advanced AI systems while working remotely and choosing their own hours. The work focuses on applying practical security expertise to evaluate whether AI outputs are accurate and useful in real-world scenarios.
What you’ll do
You’ll collaborate with modern AI models on tasks such as reviewing AI-produced security content, tackling technical security challenges, and sharing feedback that helps refine how these systems handle real-world threats and defenses. The role can suit people who want flexible supplemental work as well as those looking for a primary remote contract.
How the process works
After creating an account, you’ll complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you’ll receive confirmation by email and paid projects will be made available through the platform.
Compensation and work style
- Hourly project-based pay starts at $50 to $100+ per hour, with some assignments offering bonus rates.
- You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when to work.
- The job is performed from your own computer and can be done from home.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated cybersecurity material, including threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and offensive security methods, to judge whether it is technically sound and realistic.
- Create and solve security-oriented technical tasks that help train AI systems.
- Produce concise technical write-ups and security-related code.
- Share feedback that contributes to the development of future AI security models.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical cybersecurity experience in areas such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or similar fields, including government or military cyber work.
- Some coding ability is required, along with confidence in navigating and modifying a codebase.
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, plus excellent writing skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Security certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or comparable credentials are considered an advantage.

Payment is issued through PayPal. Applicants are never asked to pay any money. This is an independent contractor arrangement. The role is open only to candidates located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
