Architect Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Architectural Engineer who can combine design thinking with technical accuracy to plan, develop, and supervise architectural work. The role focuses on creating functional, compliant, and visually strong spaces while coordinating smoothly with all stakeholders involved in a project.

Role Overview

This position is based in Raipur and sits within the Architecture & Design department. The ideal professional will bring hands-on experience in architectural planning, drawings, documentation, and site coordination, along with a strong grasp of construction practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural ideas, space layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
• Create 2D and 3D design outputs using AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams to keep work aligned.
• Visit sites to track progress and confirm that execution matches the approved design.
• Evaluate project specifications, bill of quantities, and material choices.
• Make sure plans meet local building rules, safety norms, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare design presentations, proposals, and all necessary project paperwork.
• Support planning, budgeting, and day-to-day project execution activities.
• Address design and construction issues that arise during implementation.
• Deliver work within agreed quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
• Practical ability to produce accurate architectural and working drawings.
• Working knowledge of building codes, safety requirements, and construction materials.
• Capability to coordinate projects and solve problems effectively.
• Strong communication skills for presentations and client interactions.
• Experience with BOQ preparation and estimation concepts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
• Familiarity with 3D and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3ds Max is advantageous.

Eligibility and Experience

Applicants should hold a B.Arch, B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a closely related qualification. The expected experience range for this opportunity is 1 to 5 years, with a preference for candidates who have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, planning, or construction projects.
