Key duties

• Maintain cleanliness in building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry areas, garbage rooms, amenity spaces, and other shared areas
• Prepare vacant suites and perform touch-up cleaning in occupied or vacated units
• Collect garbage from inside and outside the property
• Support snow clearing and minor touch-up painting when needed
• Track inventory accurately and help keep supplies organized
• Confirm that equipment is operating properly and is looked after correctly
• Take on additional assignments and provide support at other sites when required

Experience and education

• A minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience is required

Skills and job requirements

• Comfortable reading, speaking, and writing in English
• Exposure to technology is considered an advantage
• Able to spend up to 8 hours a day walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting
• Must be able to move loads of up to 90 kg with appropriate equipment
• Strong focus on customer service
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Can work effectively both independently and in a team
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable personal vehicle is required
