Client Relations Coordinator

Role overview

We are looking for a remote client relations professional to support families across the country and develop a new skill set with full guidance. This is a work-from-home position, and the team handles warm inbound inquiries only, so there is no cold calling or lead chasing. People contact the team first, and you step in to help them through the process.

Training and onboarding

A structured training program is included to teach you the conversations, tools, and product knowledge needed for the job. Prior experience in the industry is not required. If you do not already hold a state life insurance license, you will be supported through the licensing process during onboarding.

Key responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will involve speaking with families who have recently requested information, helping them understand their options based on their needs, and completing paperwork using digital systems. You will also continue building your skills through ongoing team training sessions.
