The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving better efficiency, stronger quality, and more consistent delivery across the EU-India Digital Policy Dialogue’s day-to-day work and internal systems.   • Ability to define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, create SOP documentation, and guide change initiatives across teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, engineering, public policy, or a similar field; a postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
  • Previous work in international, multi-stakeholder, or policy-focused environments, ideally connected to digital, technology, or public-sector initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with confidence working across cultures and disciplines in a hybrid setup.
  • Working knowledge of process-mapping and improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kanban, along with standard productivity and project management tools.
