Continuous Improvement Manager

Role overview

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving better efficiency, stronger quality, and more consistent delivery across the EU-India Digital Policy Dialogue’s day-to-day work and internal systems. This is a part-time hybrid position in Dubai, combining in-person collaboration with remote work.

What you will do

In this role, you will review current workflows, identify where processes can be simplified or improved, and help establish clear performance measures. You will support enhancements across project coordination, stakeholder interaction, and event execution. The position also calls for reviewing operational information, spotting delays or inefficiencies, and introducing corrective actions while tracking the results of those changes.

You will collaborate with teams across functions, run workshops and feedback discussions, prepare and maintain standard operating procedures, and encourage a work culture focused on learning, consistency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business and process improvement, with the ability to redesign workflows and put practical improvements in place.
• Strong ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information, identify underlying causes, and recommend solutions backed by evidence.
• Experience in operational excellence and operations management, with a focus on performance, quality, and compliance.
• Ability to define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, create SOP documentation, and guide change initiatives across teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, engineering, public policy, or a similar field; a postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
• Previous work in international, multi-stakeholder, or policy-focused environments, ideally connected to digital, technology, or public-sector initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with confidence working across cultures and disciplines in a hybrid setup.
• Working knowledge of process-mapping and improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kanban, along with standard productivity and project management tools.

Work arrangement

This role is part-time and hybrid, with the base location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
