About the Role
Join Iron Lady as a Customer Service/Customer Support intern, where you will refine your English communication skills while delivering exceptional assistance to our clientele. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing client interactions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers efficiently through phone, email, and chat platforms to resolve their questions and concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications using MS Excel.
- Convey prompt and precise information about company products, services, and policies to clients.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to address and escalate complicated customer challenges.
- Support the development and maintenance of customer support documentation and resources.
- Actively solicit customer feedback to uncover opportunities for enhancing service quality.
- Exhibit professionalism and empathy consistently to represent the Iron Lady brand positively.
Who Can Apply
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 17 and August 21, 2026.
- The internship duration is three months.

Compensation and Benefits
- The monthly stipend ranges between INR 12,000 and 15,000.
- Successful completion may lead to a full-time job offer with an annual salary between INR 240,000 and 300,000.
