Role Overview
KFintech is conducting a bulk hiring drive for its customer support contact center team in Hyderabad. The openings are for voice-process roles at the company’s Nanakramguda office, with walk-in interviews scheduled for Saturday, 13th June, from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Available Roles
- Customer Support Associate (Voice Process) — 50 openings in total; suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.
- Customer Support Sr. Associate (Voice Process) — suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) — suitable for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- QA Executive (Voice Process) — suitable for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Interview Details
Interviews will be held at KFin Technologies Limited, Selenium Tower B, Plot Nos. 31 & 32, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad - 500032.
Candidates are asked to write “Meeting Person - HR Lakshman” on the first page of the resume.
Work Location and Schedule
The job location is Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad. This role follows a regular morning shift only, with no night shifts and no rotational shifts. The workweek is 5 days plus alternate Saturdays. Transport is not provided.
Compensation
The salary range offered is INR 2.0 LPA to INR 3.5 LPA, depending on the role and experience level.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and respond to customer emails.
- Address customer concerns and work toward timely resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor.
- Share accurate information about products and services with customers.
- Use internal resources to research and find required information.
- Investigate issues, apply relevant systems or software, and close complaints effectively.
- Record all call and case details as per standard operating procedures.
- Track recurring issues, document trends, and alert management when needed.
- Carry out follow-ups with customers whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Applicants should be graduates at minimum.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- Relevant voice-process or customer support experience is needed for the higher-level roles.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply, provided they are comfortable communicating fluently in both Hindi and English.
