Compensation

What the Role Involves

The engineer will work directly with enterprise customers to uncover difficult operational challenges, convert them into measurable technical goals, and design practical solutions. The role includes building and integrating production AI agents into existing legacy systems, taking ownership from the initial problem statement through release and ongoing improvement, and ensuring strong reliability, low latency, and high performance in live environments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant brings at least 3 years of practical software engineering experience and can demonstrate capability through actual building rather than theory. The person should be comfortable solving technical problems across coding and architecture, and be able to bridge communication between business, sales, and product teams. A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to make progress in ambiguous situations are essential. Experience in a fast-moving startup is considered an advantage.
