About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources, focusing on comprehensive talent acquisition and documentation processes within a leading logistics organization. The intern will engage directly in screening prospective candidates, managing the entire recruitment cycle, and facilitating onboarding and associated paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to assess suitability for various roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment procedures, ensuring timely hiring of qualified personnel.
• Oversee onboarding activities and maintain accurate documentation related to new hires.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
• Available to begin the internship between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
• Must be available for a continuous duration of six months.
• Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in Human Resources functions.

Additional Requirements

• Educational background in BMS, MBA HR, or BBA is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities are essential.
• Basic proficiency with technology tools is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000.
• Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
• Enjoy flexible working hours and a relaxed dress code.
• Workweek consists of five days.
