Role Overview
This position is for an inside sales professional who will connect with business owners and key decision-makers, introduce NexChat’s offerings, and support the lead-to-demo process through structured follow-ups and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls.
- Present and explain NexChat’s products and service offerings clearly.
- Assess leads, understand customer needs, and determine qualification fit.
- Arrange product demos and subsequent follow-up conversations.
- Record and update lead information accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers until closure or next step.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should bring strong persuasion and negotiation ability, along with clear communication skills. Comfort with outbound calling is important, as is the ability to respond to objections professionally and maintain relationships through steady follow-up.

Additional Information
This role is based in Mumbai, India. The compensation is listed as INR 1,75,000 to INR 2,50,000 per year.
