IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior)

Role Overview

We are seeking a junior-level IT Support Officer to ensure day-to-day systems run reliably and to provide responsive assistance across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support for hardware, software, and general system issues.
• Handle incoming support requests and work toward prompt, practical resolutions.
• Help install, configure, and maintain devices, applications, and related tools.
• Assist with user access management and support basic IT security practices.
• Record incidents, fixes, and technical steps clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve system performance and user experience.
• Contribute to broader technology initiatives and encourage good IT practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Strong ability to troubleshoot and think analytically.
• Basic familiarity with computers, operating systems, and common office/productivity software.
• Careful attention to detail along with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal ability.
• Comfort managing several tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in learning continuously and keeping up with new technologies.
