About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and the operations team on order completion, inventory management, and shipment-related activities.
- Coordinate with operations to relay updates or feedback to customers about operational matters and help resolve issues with customers.
- Prepare KPI and transactional reports for internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Review vendor invoices and follow up with vendors when differences or errors are found.
- Track warehouse supply usage and issue purchase orders for replenishment.
- Handle urgent order fulfilment coordination with customers, operations, and transporters.
- Keep system transactions accurate and updated on schedule.
- Carry out other tasks or duties as assigned.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Support any additional duties assigned by the manager from time to time.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus familiarity with WMS and the Exceed system.
