Role overview
The organization is hiring a Marketing Manager – Branding for its Mumbai office. This position is focused on shaping brand direction, defining market positioning, and driving execution across global B2B markets.
What you will do
- Lead the full brand strategy and keep the brand positioning consistent across all customer and market touchpoints.
- Plan and run integrated marketing initiatives spanning digital channels, content programs, and events.
- Own the brand’s identity framework, core messaging, and visual standards.
- Work closely with teams across Sales, Business, and Leadership to ensure brand activity supports business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and creative teams for production of videos, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
- Monitor brand effectiveness through analytics, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Build a stronger digital footprint through website improvements, SEO, and content-led efforts.
Experience and role expectations
The ideal candidate brings 7–8 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on branding. Prior exposure to B2B marketing is important, with preference for experience in pharma, CDMO, or life sciences. The role calls for strong storytelling ability, content development expertise, campaign management skills, and hands-on familiarity with digital platforms, website analytics, and SEO. You should be able to turn strategy into effective execution with measurable impact.
