Overview
We are hiring a POS Implementation & Client Support Executive to deploy a restaurant management system at customer locations, ensure it operates reliably, and help expand adoption among restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure POS terminals, printers, and related hardware at customer sites.
- Guide restaurant staff through system usage and provide hands-on training until they are comfortable.
- Serve as the primary support contact for clients, resolving issues either in person or remotely.
- Visit prospective clients, deliver product demonstrations, and support conversion into paying customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior exposure to POS systems or restaurant technology solutions.
- Ability to handle hardware installation tasks and understand basic networking concepts.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Candidates must be based in Qatar and hold a valid driving license.
