Role Overview

Techary is hiring a detail-focused and adaptable Procurement & Operations Support Coordinator for its Singapore office. The position combines practical procurement work with support responsibilities across Procurement, Partner Operations, and Logistics in the APAC region.

This role is part of Techary’s global Sales Operations function and works closely with teams across all company entities worldwide. The successful candidate will help connect APAC activity with the wider organisation, keeping processes, data, and operating standards aligned across the business.

You will support the end-to-end procurement process, from raising requests to final fulfilment, while also stepping in to maintain continuity during colleague absences and resolving operational issues quickly. The role is designed to ensure resilience, reduce single points of failure, and strengthen cross-functional knowledge across the APAC team.

Work Location and Schedule

This is an onsite position in Singapore. The working arrangement is 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Procurement Responsibilities

  • Handle purchase order requests according to the company’s global procurement policy.
  • Work with local and overseas suppliers to confirm pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines across APAC.
  • Monitor orders from confirmation through to delivery, including returns and RMA handling where needed.
  • Support vendor queries, invoice approvals, and correction of order fulfilment issues.
  • Escalate and resolve procurement or delivery problems that affect business operations.
  • Keep procurement records up to date and maintain supplier databases with consistent accuracy.
  • Prepare procurement reporting and assist with basic APAC spend analysis.

Partner Operations Responsibilities

  • Administer vendor and distributor portal access, including logins and troubleshooting support.
  • Track rebate submissions, deal registrations, and certification compliance requirements.
  • Support internal teams with partner programme documents, audits, and related requirements.

Logistics Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate domestic and international shipment bookings, tracking, and returns across APAC.
  • Support customs, freight, and import/export documentation requirements for Singapore and nearby markets.
  • Provide backup support for warehouse duties such as receiving, packing, labelling, and inventory checks when required.

Error Resolution and Coverage

  • Help resolve operational issues across procurement, partner operations, and logistics workflows.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Cover for colleagues during leave, sickness, or periods of high workload.
  • Maintain clear handover notes and process documentation to support smooth transitions across time zones.
  • Work with regional teams worldwide to keep operations running smoothly.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or vendor/partner management.
  • Strong ability to solve problems and correct errors independently.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with the ability to switch between functions.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills; Mandarin or another regional language is an advantage.
  • Experience with order-processing systems, vendor portals, or shipping platforms is preferred.
