Role overview
An opportunity is available for a polished and approachable Receptionist to support the front desk and office operations at a leading global investment bank in Riyadh. This role is suited to someone who can create a welcoming first impression for visitors while helping keep the workplace running smoothly in a busy corporate setting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional way.
- Act as the primary contact for reception-area enquiries.
- Answer and manage telephone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Arrange meeting room reservations and make sure rooms are ready for scheduled meetings.
- Assist with everyday administrative and office coordination duties.
- Receive, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier items.
- Maintain a consistently professional appearance and high service standard.
Experience and skills
The employer is looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in reception or front-of-house work. Strong verbal and written communication, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-moving corporate environment are important.
