Job Overview
This opening is for a Sales Development Representative focused on the US market. Both Junior SDR and SDR positions are available. Fresh graduates and freshers with strong communication ability and a genuine interest in working with US clients are welcome.
The role is client-facing and involves connecting with US companies, especially senior decision-makers. Training will be provided, but the candidate should be comfortable using technology tools, handling professional conversations, and working in US evening hours from India.
Work Location and Shift
The role is based in Mohali, India, with remote or hybrid working options. Working hours are aligned to the US evening schedule, approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
Eligibility
Applicants should be graduates from any stream. An MBA or a technical background is preferred but not mandatory. Strong spoken and written English is essential, along with confidence, professionalism, and readiness to work in evening or night shifts according to US time zones.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating outreach, building interest among US prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through early-stage qualification and meeting bookings.
Compensation
The Junior SDR role is offered at 6 to 8 LPA, while the SDR role is offered at 7 to 12 LPA. The position includes a fixed salary along with performance-linked incentives and commissions. Compensation is designed to reward strong results, especially for candidates who book meetings and close deals consistently. The company also states that salary is open for the right candidate.
