Job Summary

This opportunity is for a seasoned Snowflake Analytics & Insights Engineer who can work across analytics platforms, warehouse solutions, ETL/transformation frameworks, and enterprise reporting. The role calls for strong Snowflake expertise, advanced SQL capability, and experience building scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines while collaborating with business teams to turn data into actionable insights.

What You Will Do

• Architect and deliver scalable analytics solutions on the Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Create and refine transformation workflows, ingestion pipelines, and reporting layers for enterprise use.
• Write and maintain advanced SQL scripts, reusable views, stored procedures, and other analytical building blocks in Snowflake.
• Support enterprise analytics programs through strong modeling practices, warehouse design, data preparation, schema testing, and data product management.
• Develop and support ETL processes, ingestion flows, and transformation logic at scale.
• Manipulate and analyze data using complex SQL, optimized queries, and view creation to meet reporting and business analysis needs.
• Work with data products and apply SCD, CDC, dimensional modeling, relational modeling, and enterprise warehouse frameworks.
• Carry out data quality checks, reconciliation, validation, and assessment activities.
• Deliver performant analytical solutions with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and optimization.
• Design analytical data models that improve reporting efficiency, data consumption, and business insight generation.
• Build and enhance interactive reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI based on client requirements.
• Use Snowflake capabilities such as virtual warehouses, Snowpipe, Streams and Tasks, Time Travel, secure views, data sharing, and performance tuning methods.
• Take part in architecture discussions and advise on best practices for analytics modernization.
• Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver decision-support insights.
• Follow best practices in data governance, analytical data organization, reporting standards, and cross-functional delivery.

Profile We Are Looking For

• 5 to 9 years of experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, analytical data modeling, data visualization, enterprise data products, and analytics engineering.
• Hands-on background as an Analytics Engineer with practical Snowflake experience in analytical data preparation, data manipulation, schema testing, and data product work.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing, view creation, transformation logic, performance tuning, and large-scale ingestion/transformation work.
• Good understanding of analytical data models, data organization frameworks, and enterprise analytics architecture.
• Strong capability in troubleshooting, tuning, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization.
• Prior exposure to Insurance Analytics, Financial Analytics, or strategic analytics delivery is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Exposure to modern cloud analytics ecosystems and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Snowflake certifications are preferred.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Additional Domain Exposure

Experience in the insurance sector is considered advantageous. A solid understanding of finance processes within insurance, along with familiarity with reporting around premiums, claims, policies, and financial data structures, will be helpful.
