About the internship

This internship is for a Business Analytics role at Isourse, a technology startup working on solutions for supply chain, logistics, and e-fulfillment operations. The position is centered on analyzing business data, improving processes, and supporting decisions with dashboards, reports, and automation.

What you'll do

• Examine datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can guide business decisions.
• Build and use generative AI-based tools to reduce manual work and streamline routine workflows.
• Partner with teams across functions to collect requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and Scrum practices to monitor project status and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Work with APIs to combine data from multiple sources and improve the reliability of information.
• Maintain and improve database systems so data can be stored and retrieved efficiently.
• Prepare clear dashboards and reports using Figma, SQL, and MS-Excel for stakeholder communication.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join full time in office, begin between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, and commit to a 6-month internship. Other requirements

• B.Tech in CS, IT, or ECE with a strong academic record; an MBA is considered an advantage.
• Interest in products, technology, and solving real business problems.

Additional information

If selected and later converted into a permanent role, the expected salary is ₹4,50,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year.
