About the Role

Mattel is looking for an Associate Manager, Media to join its Marketing team in Richmond, Victoria. Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure reporting inputs from markets are accurate and submitted on time to support regional and global visibility.
  • Collaborate with Media Operations, Analytics, and Finance to keep execution disciplined and transparent.
  • Act as the execution link between Global Media Managers, International Senior Media Managers, and In-Country Media Managers.
  • Help markets share learnings, execution enhancements, and best practices.
  • Assist with regional planning cycles, major tentpoles, and high-complexity launches through execution leadership.
  • Support onboarding of new markets, agencies, or processes during global transformation work.
  • Identify repeated execution issues and recommend improvements to regional processes or workflows.
  • Help drive adoption of standard execution frameworks, templates, and playbooks.
