Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Barista position is based in Haql, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role is centered on preparing premium coffee and beverages, keeping the service area tidy and well arranged, and delivering attentive customer support. The position also involves handling coffee machines, helping with basic food preparation, and serving customers with a courteous, professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Operate coffee equipment and carry out routine upkeep as needed.
• Support basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Respond to customer needs promptly and in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience and familiarity with coffee preparation methods are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
• Basic understanding of food preparation, hygiene, and health and safety practices.
• Genuine interest in coffee and delivering a quality café experience.
• Comfort working in a busy setting while paying close attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, is an advantage.
