Chief Architect

About the Role

This is a technical product leadership position focused on Verdict, the company’s talent intelligence and hiring decision platform. The role combines architecture, product engineering, and hands-on delivery, with direct accountability for building core software capabilities end to end.

Core Work

You will be responsible for driving execution across software development, from solution design through release. The position requires close coordination with developers and ownership of technical decisions that shape the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on execution for the Verdict platform and ensure delivery of product features.
• Design software systems, APIs, and database structures to support the product roadmap.
• Work closely with developers to align implementation with technical and product requirements.
• Oversee quality checks and help manage testing before releases.
• Coordinate release planning and execution so features are delivered smoothly.
• Contribute to overall technical architecture and product engineering decisions.

Work Arrangement

This role is based in Ahmedabad, India, and requires in-office presence. The position reports directly to the Founder & CEO.

Eligibility

Applicants should have one of the following educational backgrounds: B.Sc in Computer Science and Technology, B.C.A. in Computer Applications (General), or B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is INR 7,20,000 to INR 8,40,000 per year.
