About the Role
Credible Consultancy is seeking a Customer Care Representative for Shaadi.com in Rajkot. This is a full-time, onsite position. We are a free placement service and do not charge any fees for job opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Deliver precise information while upholding high-quality service standards.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification is 12th pass or graduation.
- Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
