About the role
We are seeking an entry-level to junior Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting meaningful patterns, and turning findings into practical business recommendations. This is a full-time remote opportunity for candidates in the United States who want to build experience in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
What you will do
- Gather data from different sources, prepare it for analysis, and carry out clean-up and validation work.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that make insights easy to understand.
- Assist business teams with one-off analysis requests and ad-hoc data questions.
- Look for trends, patterns, and opportunities that can improve performance or decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, business goals, and data expectations.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and datasets.
- Record data sources, analysis methods, and reporting workflows for future reference.
What we're looking for
- 0–3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field; internships are counted.
- Hands-on familiarity with Excel, SQL, and/or visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Capability to turn raw data into insights that can be acted on by the business.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable working on your own in a remote-first setup.
- Strong English fluency.
- Must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work full-time.
