e-Learning Specialist

Overview

This role is for an e-Learning Specialist supporting training delivery from a fully remote setup. The position is contract-based and based in the United States.

Role requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in an education-focused discipline such as instructional design, education, or learning and development, or a closely related area is required.
• A master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred.
• You should bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience using learning content development tools, with strong working knowledge of Articulate 360, especially Rise and Storyline.
• You should also have 3 to 5 years of experience using learning management systems; experience with Absorb LMS is considered an advantage.
• Prior experience partnering with subject matter experts to understand departmental training needs and build courses and curricula is expected.
• You need familiarity with current instructional design approaches, including eLearning and adult learning principles.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Spanish or French language ability is preferred.
